Resonance serves as the counterpart to In the Void. While In the Void explores themes of emptiness and solitude, Resonance conveys something different. The space remains the same, yet the mirrored, metallic walls create an atmosphere of cool detachment. This sense of coolness was intentional, as it allows for a clear, almost emotionless reflection. It addresses how we perceive ourselves in an unapproachable environment—a moment that is sometimes necessary to truly look inward.
The AR animation amplifies this experience: the camera rotates around the figure, illuminating it from all sides. The light plays across the surfaces, and the space reflects everything, yet remains neutral and cold. Still, the figure emanates something unique—almost like an inner warmth that becomes apparent within this crisp, clear setting.
Resonance represents this cool, clear reflection that is sometimes essential to seeing oneself. It is about the connection to one's surroundings, but also about the moment when one realizes that this clarity reveals something about the self—regardless of how cold or distant the environment may seem.
