In one of the latest collaborations with Breuninger and Adidas Originals, Ju Schnee had the privilege of crafting a unique celebration for iconic footwear: the 'Samba' and 'Gazelle'. Combining traditional artistry with cutting-edge technology, Ju painted an oil painting and connected it with Augmented Reality (AR). Through this innovative blend of art and technology, visitors at the Breuninger Store in Stuttgart were invited to interact with the painting in ways never imagined before. With a simple scan, the painting came to life, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the rich legacy of these classic shoes. It was a fusion of art and digital innovation, redefining the way we appreciate and engage with the essence of fashion and culture.
Already in 2021 there was the first collaboration between the ceramic brand Motel a Miio and Ju Schnee. The iconic shapes of Ju Schnee were transformed by hand into vases and candlesticks by Motel a Miio in Portugal. In total there were four medium vases, one XXL vase and three candlesticks in a strictly limited edition.
The collection was completely sold out after a short time and is no longer available.
The launch was celebrated with a small number of guests in Berlin at Ember OFC.

In the winter of 2022, the Porsche Brand Store opened in Stuttgart. Several months before the grand opening, the massive building was enveloped by a giant artwork in the size of over 265 sqm by Ju Schnee. Not only could you have a look at the art on site, but you could also interact in an interactive AR sculpture park.
Titled «a place built from dreamers, for dreamers» the gallery Better Go South teamed up with Ju Schnee and Porsche to create an immersive art piece at the intersection to brand communication.
"At the Porsche Brand Store, we not only prefer to welcome dreamers, but are also happy to cooperate with them. Because they have what it takes to change the world. We offer them a platform for their stories and ideas, which were also "just a dream" at the beginning. So there's a lot to discover, taste, try out and experience here - and to draw inspiration from the stories of other dreamers."
For the USM event series in "Im Schönen Saal" of the Carl Fritz location in Berlin, multimedia artist Ju Schnee created a sculpture in the iconic USM pure orange and filled the room with her art.
The one-of-a-kind piece "Cat" could be admired on site and is still available. The other two paintings and the sculpture "MARICHI" are sold out.
In November 2022, the "Saw This, Made This" campaign was launched by Baz Luhrman. In Germany, the limited edition was realized together with fashion designer Kilian Kerner. For this, the three artists Elisa Klinkenberg, Ju Schnee and Kurt Etuk let themselves be inspired by moments in their everyday lives to create very personal works of art.
The Bombay Sapphire x Kilian Kerner Limited Artist Edition was launched in mid-November in the form of 500 bottles.
100 percent of the proceeds from the Limited Artist Edition have been donated to the "Gesellschaft der Freunde der Akademie der Künste Berlin".
Founded in 1696, the Academy maintains a vibrant network of international fellows and alumni from all disciplines: visual arts, performing arts, music, literature, architecture and film. The Circle of Friends accompanies and supports this program and has set up a fund for young talents, through which they have access to fast and unbureaucratic help and support in the realization of their projects.
Ju Schnee has created the sculpture VAYU for the campaign, which is inspired by stones.

The digital sculpture can be experienced in Augmented Reality and enables new perspectives on the historical backdrop of Alter Wall.
This year, anyone walking along Alter Wall will come across a sticker with a QR code at Alter Wall 12 (Bucerius Passage). Using this, you can easily open Ju Schnee's digital installation Strolling Around with your cell phone or tablet. With the screen facing upwards, the colorful and unusual digital 3D artwork can then be viewed from all sides with Alter Wall in the background. In this way, Augmented Reality combines with listed architecture of the iconic building ensemble, which was named "Building of the Year 2020," and the sculpture art of artist Olafur Eliasson.
The art project was developed in collaboration with the MeetFrida Art Foundation, an initiative founded in the summer of 2020 to promote ultra-contemporary artists. In doing so, the foundation links the online gallery (www.meetfrida.art) with art actions in urban environments such as art posters, augmented reality exhibitions and pop-up galleries. MeetFrida represents over 70 artists, giving them new visibility, opening up new sales channels, and reaching out to people who previously had few connections to art.
AN INTRODUCTION TO THE SECRED GALLERY BY ITS CURATOR LUKAS FEIREISS: “Over a period of six days, Campati was showing works by fourteen very different contemporary artists at six different locations in Berlin-Mitte, whose work encompasses painting, illustration, sculpture, and installation. The curatorial link between this selection of works is their formal-aesthetic approach to form, color, and material. They are all characterized by the sensitive interplay of both abstract and color-intensive elements.“ AN ARTIST STATEMENT FROM SOMEPLACE STUDIO, THE EXHIBITION DESIGNERS: “Part exhibition, part event venue the spatial design for Campari SECRED Gallery is inspired by the visual depth and color of campari cocktails. Using industrial welding curtains to delimit spaces and guide visitors, a series of six hybrid locations are created including sculptural elements, large scale graphics, a ghost container and multiple bars. The intervention at each venue is site specific while tying it all together with common visual themes and materials.“ Campari Red Passion has also asked all participating artists put their own passion for art into words. This artist statement can be found for every artist, by clicking on their artist profile below.
